Corporate Officers
Mary Grace P. Mana-ay, MHRM | Corporate President
Mary Grace P. Mana-ay is the Corporate President of Pacific Ocean Maritime Training and Services Corp. She has a distinguished background, including roles as Past President of the Rotary Club of Downtown Olongapo and a member of the Macaulay Club.
Grace graduated cum laude and holds a Master of Human Resource Management with high honors. With 15 years as a Human Resource Specialist and 30 years as a professor, she is also a licensed financial advisor and management consultant. Currently, she is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree.
Maybelle B. Alcantara | Corporate Treasurer
In her role, she is responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and overseeing the treasury functions to maintain financial stability. Mabelle's expertise in accounting and finance is instrumental in supporting the organization's operations and strategic goals. Her dedication and meticulous attention to detail contribute significantly to the financial health and efficiency of POMTSC.
Juvelyn C. Razon | Corporate Secretary
"Juvy" holds a formal education in accounting and has extensive experience in budgeting, planning & analysis, procurement, financial planning, and management. She is skilled in import/export processes, logistics support, and procurement procedures. Juvy also leads CPI Asia’s marketing and business coordination in Southeast Asia. She is a current member and former President of the Subic Pearl, Philippines Rotary Club.
Mark Khristoper Mendoza | Project Coordinator
In his role, he combines a passion for technology and education. With a Computer Science degree and 24 years of teaching experience, he inspires students to explore technology. As an assessor in Trainers Methodology Level 1, he ensures TESDA trainers are well-equipped to empower future generations. His dedication continues to shape the intersection of education and technology.
Jocelyn Tan | Administrator and Registrar
Joy oversees POMTSC’s training programs and administrative functions. With a Commerce degree in Management, she excels in organizational development and compliance. Her leadership spans HR operations and community service, including her role as a former Rotary Club president, and ensuring POMTSC’s programs meet high standards of professionalism and integrity.
